The presence of a valve for the letting in of external gas under the diaphragm, gives the oenologist the possibility of using the kind of gas he thinks better to directly and closely interact with the product.

 


Besides the  conic bottom  the customer can choose from: flat bottom  and/or  Sloped bottom  whose angle of slope is selected by him, or to drain off the marc for gravit we can fit a knifegate valve etc...
Moreover a  mechanical extractor  can be installed.

 


Multipurpose: It can be used as a   STORAGE TANK without any adjustments having to be made.
